Education Reimbursement & Professional Development Policy

In late 2019, Pretivm implemented an Education Reimbursement and Professional Development Policy for full-time employees looking to advance their role-related skills. Under the policy, Pretivm will reimburse staff up to $2,500 per year for approved continuing education, tuition, and certification training. It also allows for time off for exams, and travel reimbursement to attend approved out-of-town training or educational events. Eleven employees have since taken the opportunity to learn new skills and advance their careers.
